Beef Scramble
Ingredients

1 cup of Rice
¼ kilogram of Diced beef
1 Grated medium carrot
½ cup of Green peas
½ Grated red bell pepper
1 Chopped medium onion
3 Eggs
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
Sibarita without chili
1 teaspoon of Concentrated beef seasoning
Water
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a medium saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown 1 cup of rice.
Step 2 : Once the rice is lightly golden, add 2 cups of boiling water and a heaping teaspoon of salt.
Step 3 : Stir, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 4 : In another pot, heat oil and sauté the onion until well browned.
Step 5 : Then add the meat, salt, pepper, and powdered garlic to taste.
Step 6 : Let it develop color, then add the remaining vegetables.
Step 7 : Add about 2½ cups of hot water so all ingredients can cook and the mixture isn't dry.
Step 8 : Add 2 teaspoons of Sibarita or red chili powder and 1 teaspoon of beef seasoning, which are optional seasonings.
Step 9 : Cover the pot and cook for approximately 20 minutes over medium heat until the water has reduced, leaving some juice.
Step 10 : Meanwhile, prepare scrambled eggs and fries.
Step 11 : Once ready, add the eggs and fries to the meat pot, mix well, and serve.
