Step 2 : Once ready, place the blood sausage in the skillet and cook thoroughly, making sure to cook all sides for about 3 minutes.
Step 3 : After cooking, remove the blood sausage from the skillet and place it on paper towels or a napkin to drain well.
Step 4 : Once the blood sausage has fully drained, it is ready to serve.
