1 kilogram of Bacalaitos
Breading flour
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
Lemon
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the fish and remove the head and internal organs.
Step 2 : Then, place it on a rack to drain for a moment.
Step 3 : Next, salt it and coat with flour.
Step 4 : Fry in a skillet with abundant hot oil until golden.
Step 5 : Once ready, remove and place on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
