Ingredients

1 kilogram of Desalted dried cod

4 Boiled potatoes in cubes

1 Red onion rings

3 Tomatoes, sliced

½ Green bell pepper slices

½ Red bell pepper slices

½ cup of Olives

2 Avocado slices

½ cup of Olive oil

1 tablespoon of White vinegar

3 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced

½ cup of Red bell peppers, sliced

1 teaspoon of Powdered garlic

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, the salted cod is rinsed under warm water to remove excess salt.

Step 2 : Then, it is placed in a pot with boiling water and cooked for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Once ready, the water is drained, fresh water is added, and it is brought back to a boil.

Step 4 : After cooling, it is flaked into bite-sized pieces.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, the potatoes are boiled until tender but not overcooked, then cooled and cut into large cubes.

Step 6 : The eggs are also boiled until hard.

Step 7 : In a salad bowl, start by placing a layer of flaked salted cod, followed by the potatoes and sliced eggs.

Step 8 : Continue layering salted cod and the other ingredients until all are used, except for the olive oil, vinegar, and hard-boiled eggs.

Step 9 : Once layered, you can drizzle with olive oil and vinegar to taste before serving.
