Tripleta of Guagüita
Ingredients
1 Beef fillet
1 Chicken fillet
1 Pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon of Cilantro seeds
1 teaspoon of Cumin
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1 teaspoon of Ketchup
Baguette bread
Chopped parsley
Olive oil
Worcestershire sauce
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a glass dish, place the three types of meat and add salt, pepper, cumin, cilantro, chopped parsley, a generous splash of olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing with your hands.
Step 2 : Cover the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard, which will be reserved for later.
Step 4 : After the resting time, cook the meat on a grill until it is ready.
Step 5 : Once cooked, remove and let it rest for 5 minutes, then dice it as finely as possible.
Step 6 : Place the chopped meat in a bowl and mix with a little more Worcestershire sauce.
Step 7 : Open the bread and spread both halves with the mayonnaise and mustard mixture.
Step 8 : Place the Gruyère cheese, lettuce, thin slices of tomato, and the meat on one half of the bread, and add a little ketchup.
