Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fresh or frozen yuca, cut into pieces

cup of Olive oil

1 Large lime

3 Garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons of Chopped Italian parsley

1 teaspoon of White vinegar

Sazón packet without achiote

Kosher salt

Regular salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the yuca sticks with garlic mojo, start by mixing the ingredients of the garlic mojo in an appropriate bowl.

Step 2 : Next, boil the yuca pieces in salted water for about 15-25 minutes until tender.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove them from the water and let them cool slightly to handle.

Step 4 : Cut into sticks and remove the tough fibers from the center.

Step 5 : Then, heat the grill and brush each yuca stick with the prepared mojo.

Step 6 : Grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning them to brown all sides, adding more mojo during cooking.

Step 7 : They will be ready when the edges start to turn golden.

Step 8 : Finally, serve with the remaining prepared garlic mojo.
