20 liters of Sugarcane Honey
4 liters of Water
200 grams of Yeast
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the mixture should be made in an appropriate container, commonly called a "DRON" in the area.
Step 2 : These containers usually have capacities of 100 liters or 200 liters, although in this region they are often measured in gallons instead of liters.
Step 3 : Then, proceed to mix the ingredients in the container and treat the mixture for approximately 2 hours, ensuring they are well blended.
Step 4 : It is important to let the mixture rest for at least 2 days, but it is crucial to stir the mixture daily to prevent layers from forming.
