Puerto Rican Sangria
Ingredients
1 liter of Vodka
12 Maraschino cherries
500 milliliters of Guava juice
500 milliliters of Pineapple juice
500 milliliters of Grape juice
500 milliliters of Orange juice
1 Lemon
3 cups of Ice
100 milligrams of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by carefully washing and drying a lemon.
Step 2 : Then, using a sharp knife, cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick, discarding the ends.
Step 3 : Arrange the slices in a large pitcher of at least four liters capacity.
Step 4 : Next, add the lemon juice, maraschino cherries, and a couple of tablespoons of sugar, then mix everything together.
Step 5 : Then, incorporate the orange, pineapple, guava, and grape juices, along with the vodka.
Step 6 : Stir the mixture well with a wooden spoon and cover with plastic wrap, refrigerating for at least two hours.
Step 7 : To serve, pour the sangria into glasses with ice and enjoy it well chilled.
