400 milliliters of Coconut milk

300 grams of Protein shake

1 teaspoon of Turmeric

2 Cinnamon sticks

3 Crushed cardamom pods

Ginger

1 pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon of Honey

Preparation

Step 1 : In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients.

Step 2 : Then, whisk and bring to a boil.

Step 3 : Next, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
