Ingredients

200 grams of Peeled shrimp
4 Chopped green plantains
1 Chopped yellow plantain
4 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Chicken broth
Vegetable oil
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the green and yellow plantains until golden and soft, then drain on absorbent paper.
Step 2 : Grease the pilón with olive oil and mash the plantains with garlic until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Step 3 : Add the chicken broth and adjust the salt, scraping the bottom of the pilón to enhance the flavors.
