Ingredients
2 pounds of Chicken thighs
½ cup of Flour
½ teaspoon of Oregano
¼ teaspoon of Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
2 cups of Oil for frying

Step 1 : To prepare the chicken, debone and cut into small pieces, keeping the skin on.
