Ingredients

12 Chicken thighs

1 teaspoon of Garlic powder

1 tablespoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Black pepper

5 Eggs

¼ cup of Milk

1 ½ cup of Cornstarch

1 ½ cup of All-purpose flour

3 Seasoning

2 tablespoons of Adobo seasoning

1 tablespoon of Oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the air fryer fried chicken, first pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

Step 2 : Then, season the chicken with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, massaging the meat to ensure it is well seasoned, and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 3 : In another large bowl, beat the eggs and milk and set aside.

Step 4 : In a large container or pan, mix the cornstarch, flour, seasoning, adobo, and oregano, and set aside.

Step 5 : Next, take the seasoned chicken and, individually, dip it in the egg and milk mixture, then roll it in the cornstarch and flour mixture.

Step 6 : Repeat this process until all the chicken is prepared.

Step 7 : Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Step 8 : Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add a single layer of chicken, making sure they do not touch each other.

Step 9 : Generously spray with more cooking spray and cook for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F (82°C).
