Ingredients

1 kilogram of Small pieces of pork chops

1 teaspoon of Salt

½ teaspoon of Pepper

½ teaspoon of Oregano

½ teaspoon of Garlic powder

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 Yellow onion julienned

1 Red bell pepper julienned

1 Green bell pepper julienned

1 Yellow bell pepper julienned

3 Chopped garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro

2 Fresh oregano sprigs

2 tablespoons of Tomato paste

800 grams of Crushed tomatoes

¼ cup of Chicken broth

1 teaspoon of White vinegar

500 grams of Cooked pasta

Preparation

Step 1 : The pork meat is seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.

Step 2 : Then, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the seasoned pork, browning it on all sides for a total of 4 to 6 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, remove the meat and, if necessary, add more oil before adding the onion and peppers.

Step 4 : Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-6 minutes until they soften.

Step 5 : Add garlic, cilantro, and oregano, cooking for 30 seconds.

Step 6 : Then, add the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and vinegar, stirring and bringing to a boil over low heat.

Step 7 : Reintroduce the pork, mix, and cover the preparation.

Step 8 : Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes so the meat cooks through and flavors meld.

Step 9 : Then, remove the lid, taste, and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed, finally adding the cooked pasta.
