3 tablespoons of Sofrito
¼ cup of Ham cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
8 Spanish green olives
180 grams of Tomato sauce
2 Whole bay leaves
1 Chicken broth cube
1 Seasoning with cilantro and annatto
400 milliliters of Rinsed and drained pink beans
2 Small potatoes, cubed
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by heating the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2 : Then, add the sofrito and cook for 3 minutes, or until fragrant.
Step 3 : Next, add the ham and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, incorporate the olives, seasoning, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and bay leaves, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
Step 5 : Once the above ingredients are mixed, add the pink beans, potatoes, and 1/2 cup of water, stirring again until well incorporated.
Step 6 : Increase the heat and bring the beans to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
