Coconut Kisses

Ingredients

3 cups of Coconut flakes

½ cup of All-purpose flour

4 Egg yolks

1 cup of Brown sugar

¼ cup of Butter

2 tablespoons of Coconut extract

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious coconut cookies, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 13x9x2 inch baking tray.

Step 2 : In a bowl, mix together the coconut flakes, flour, egg yolks, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until you get a sticky and moldable dough.

Step 3 : Next, divide the dough into 24 equal balls and place them on the previously greased baking tray.

Step 4 : Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until golden.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let them cool completely before enjoying.

Step 6 : For an extra flavor touch, you can drizzle them with melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
