Ingredients

200 grams of Flour

125 grams of Butter at room temperature

125 grams of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence

1 pinch of Salt

15 grams of Cocoa

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, beat the butter with the salt.

Step 2 : Then, add the egg yolk, vanilla essence, and sugar, mixing well.

Step 3 : Next, add the sifted flour and continue mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Step 4 : Then, divide the dough into equal parts.

Step 5 : Add cocoa to one of the portions, knead, and refrigerate for one hour.

Step 6 : After this time, flour a clean surface and roll out one of the portions, setting aside the other.

Step 7 : Roll out the second portion and place it on top of the first, carefully rolling together.

Step 8 : Cover and refrigerate for another hour.
